The form explains who this round of testing is for, feedback expectations, privacy, and complimentary access before asking for an application. Answers are validated against the same shared contract used by the API.
Deliberate human review
Receipt confirmations are automatic. Application decisions are emailed explicitly by an operator after a saved review, and accepted applicants receive one-time setup credentials through a separate higher-trust handoff.
